SingTel knew that it’s best opportunity for future growth was in content (data) sales. Its competitors had already established strong credibility in mobile content. SingTel’s ambition was to surpass the competition with a dramatic leap forward.
We advised and guided them in reorganising their product offering around the customers’ lifestyle –challenging thinking at the time. This in turn meant we could create a more meaningful experience that focused on the things customers are exciting by – music, movies and games.
We have recently opened their flagship store, which at 12,500sqft is Asia’s largest Telco retail space. We continue to work with SingTel in rolling out the design to their network and on a variety of new and innovative retail initiatives.
