Globe’s visionary new CEO Mr Ernest Cu had an idea to reposition the brand from a network of service centres to a network of device and accessory retailers. His challenge to us was to create an environment that not only appealed to the new retail audience but also delivered a superior experience for existing service customers.
The idea for the store came from a simple insight that shopping customers have very different needs to those who come to the store for service resolution. We created a lively dynamic store for shopping customers with a calm, empathetic service area behind it, enabling both audiences to enjoy an experience conducive to their needs.
We have now opened over 100 stores for Globe Telecom that have sustained an increase in sales of 50% across the network.
